Photo Documentation
Every zone is documented with photos, included with the service at no extra charge. Existing damage or screen issues noted during the initial walkthrough are documented separately. This is particularly useful for landlord-tenant disputes: you'll have timestamped evidence of the unit's condition at turnover, plus a record of any condition issues that were already present before cleaning.
Turnover Readiness
For turnover appointments, please make sure running water and seasonally appropriate heating or cooling are available. If either may be unavailable, contact us before the appointment so we can adjust the schedule.
Timeline and Scheduling
| Service | Booking Window | Turnaround | Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard turnover | Confirmed at quote | Based on size, condition, and schedule | Base quote |
| Rush turnover | Ask about availability | Confirmed before booking | Contact us |
After-hours service (before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m. on weekdays) and weekend service are available. Contact us for scheduling rates. These options cover crew overtime and scheduling flexibility, and they're still cheaper than the cost of a vacant unit sitting empty.
Low-Odor Products Help Tight Turnovers
Because our routine kit is mostly unscented and low-odor, a unit can usually be shown or occupied right after cleaning. We avoid leaving a heavy artificial fragrance in the space. For property managers, this supports tight turnover windows. See our non-toxic cleaning guide for details on what's in our products.
Pricing
Pricing is based on square footage and condition. We quote from photos, so text us your square footage and a few snapshots for a prompt firm price. Contact us to discuss volume arrangements for portfolios with regular turnover volume.
