Not at all. Many clients prefer to be out and come back to a clean home. If you won't be home, just provide entry instructions and a way to reach you. If you are home, we'll do a brief walkthrough before starting.
A standard Essential Clean takes 3-4 hours depending on home size. Deep Clean times vary by square footage and scope. Move-out clean times depend on square footage and condition. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Yes. Clean and Simple, LLC carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request before any work begins.
No. We bring everything: our non-toxic cleaning products, cotton cloths, vacuum, mop, and all tools. Just have your home accessible and clutter picked up from floors and surfaces.
Oven and refrigerator interiors are included in our Move-Out Cleaning and available as add-ons for Essential Clean and Deep Clean. Interior window pane detailing is available as an add-on. Standard window sills and tracks are included in all services.
Products & Practices
We use selected non-toxic products by default: isopropyl alcohol, washing soda, baking soda, castile soap, and Murphy's Oil Soap for wood surfaces, mixed into different formulations by job.
Yes. Our formulations handle everything from kitchen grease to bathroom soap scum. Non-toxic cleaners don't leave a chemical film on surfaces, so your home stays clean longer.
No. We use a rotation of laundered 100% cotton cloths. This eliminates disposable wipes entirely and avoids the microfiber shedding that comes with synthetic cloths.
Our standard line is already free of the most common irritants. Contact us before your first visit and we can tailor our product selection further: omit certain ingredients, switch to unscented-only products, or adjust formulations. Because we work with a transparent set of known ingredients, we have complete control over what goes into every bottle.
Pricing & Quotes
Residential cleaning is quoted by home size, condition, cleaning cadence, and scope. We provide a firm price before any work begins.
Move-out cleaning is quoted by square footage and condition. Text us your square footage and a few photos of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. We'll text back a firm quote.
Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and a locked-in day and time slot. For property managers with regular turnover volume, contact us to discuss arrangements. We build long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions.
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is collected after the cleaning is complete and you're satisfied with the results.
Realty Teams & Property Managers
Turnaround depends on property size, condition, and current scheduling. If the job is urgent, ask what rush options are available. We prioritize between-closings turnovers when capacity allows.
Yes. We document each completed zone with photos for your property files, inspection records, and client communication. This is included with every turnover clean at no extra charge.
Absolutely. Our non-toxic formulations leave no chemical odor or residue. The home can be photographed and shown immediately, with no "air-out" period needed. This is especially valuable for same-day showings or photography sessions.
